Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within ten days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is ten days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (support@solunma.com) by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
Items will not be refunded without approval from the service office, as well as items subject to the exchange guarantee during a promotional period. (No returns)
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse you for all payments we have received from you (with the exception of any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us) without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving the goods. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise (e.g., if your payment was made via instant transfer and we do not have your necessary account details for the refund). Under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than ten days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the ten-day period has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only responsible for any depreciation of the goods if this loss in value results from handling that was not necessary to examine the condition, properties, and functionality of the goods.
EXCLUSION OR PREMATURE EXPIRATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are discounted, e-books, or hygiene items (e.g., underwear), for which no right of return exists. Additionally, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
GENERAL INFORMATION
- Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods.
Please return the goods in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging components, to the address we provide via email. If necessary, use additional protective packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure sufficient protection against transport damage with appropriate packaging.
- Please do not return the goods to us with unpaid postage (i.e., "Return to Sender").
- Please note that points 1-2 above are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
Before sending back a package, please contact our support to check whether a return is possible.
