Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is only available within the country (America).

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

We do not charge any shipping costs.

Delivery times:

Unless another deadline is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within the country (Switzerland) takes place within 7 - 14 days after contract conclusion (for agreed advance payments, after receipt of payment instructions).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. The delivery time is determined in this case by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further Payment Details

When paying by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be charged upon contract conclusion.

Since your satisfaction as a customer is important to us, we offer free shipping within Switzerland.

We source our goods from all over the world to offer you the best possible prices.

SOLUNMA strives to maintain the best possible and shortest delivery times. Any delivery times stated in the order confirmation are non-binding. SOLUNMA reserves the right to make partial deliveries.

The invoice will be sent by email if delivery against invoice is offered, at the discretion of SOLUNMA.

If delivery is not possible or the customer refuses to accept the delivery, SOLUNMA may cancel the contract after notifying the customer via email and allowing a reasonable grace period, as well as charge the customer for any incurred costs.

The customer is required to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt and report any defects for which SOLUNMA provides a warranty in writing via letter or email to the address listed in the imprint (>Link) without delay.

Returns to SOLUNMA are at the customer's expense and risk. The customer must return the goods in their original packaging, complete with all accessories, along with the delivery note and a detailed description of the defects to the return address specified by SOLUNMA in the imprint (>Link).

If SOLUNMA 's inspection determines that the goods have no detectable defects or are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty, SOLUNMA may charge the customer for the incurred costs, the return shipment, or possible disposal.
